Ordered a hang drum (not an easy find) through them and it arrived today. Beautiful instrument, great price, and fantastic customer service. Came with extras such as bag, cloth, and stand! Would highly recommend!!!

Placed 2 separate orders. Instead of brand new products all merchandise came used and missing parts... Very disappointing. Complicated and long return policy. Waiting for a refund for one week and still nothing. Please use Amazon, Sweetwater, Guitar Center or Musicians Friend.
