I have continuously had issues at this particular Walgreens in many aspects of the store. The pharmacy has given incorrect information over the phone as well as in person for my son's medication. That information changes each time I've asked. It also changes depending on which associate I ask. It has cost our family money that apparently could have transferred to the other Walgreens in Willoughby and been free. The photos have consistently had issues, in fact I'm currently holding onto 16 4x6 photos that I'll need reprinted yet again. Good luck picking any photography up. Most of the time I have to just hang around the photo counter hoping to be noticed, or I have to wander around the store hoping to find an employee that can help. I would recommend heading south on route 91 to the other Walgreens in order to avoid dealing with this one.

Friendly staff, courteous and knowledgeable. Cindy helped me find what I needed, and I got out of there quickly. Good prices, good selection. It’s now my local go to drugstore. If you haven’t been there, go there today.
Pharmacy hours do not match hours posted on the website or Google. Pharamcy techs are almost always rude, the most recent one especially so. This is a play by play of our interaction. Hands 3 perscriptions to pharmacist Pharmacist: We don't have it, we may have it Friday Me: Okay, which one? Pharm: The medicine Me: Um, yes, which medicine? Pharm: The 10mg Me: (looks at my list, they're all 10mg) What is the name of it? Pharm: Gives me name, not sharing for privacy Me: No problem, can you fill it when you have it? Pharm: I guess so.... Me: Okay, so you'll call me when it's filled Pharm: If we have your number (walks away from counter with scripts in hand and does not come back)
All I can say is wow. I live in Knoxville Tennessee and came to visit family. I need to get a prescription filled and the head pharmacist treated me like trash. He had a punk holier than thou attitude from the second I walked to the window. Twice he pointed to the chairs and told me to sit down. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I just needed my prescriptions filled not attitude.
I was just ordering Pictures as amber gave me a dirty look and shook her head while she was working in the photo tech area. Very rude and unprofessional
