I've had a great experience at Cape Fear boxing. I was looking for a gym or a place to workout within the community, and my colleague referred me to cape fear boxing. They were very thorough, explained the program and expectations to me in detail. They also provided resources to improve my eating habits to support a healthy lifestyle. In the first few weeks of attending the classes, I lost over 5lbs. My schedule is pretty tight, and so I appreciate the structured workouts that always start on time. Both of the instructors that I've experienced are amazing and motivate you throughout the workout, which is very helpful because I have not worked out in years. The overall process of scheduling workout classes for the week is efficient, and you can track your attendance. I highly recommend Cape Fear boxing for women who may have busy schedules (or not) and want to work out for 30 minutes and see results.

Cape Fear Boxing has an amazing atmosphere, clean facility, welcoming and professional staff, awesome availability and fun butt kicking workouts! I'm finishing up week 6 and it has been a blast! Definitely a great investment!
Cape Fear boxing is a wonderful experience. I have enjoyed attending each and every class for a wonderful workout! So far I have lost more than 16 pounds in the last month by following Coach Rasheed’s plan. I am so thankful for his hard work and dedication to all of the members of Cape Fear boxing. My son has been training at Cape Fear Boxing for a little more then 2 years now. He started as a way to increase his hand-eye coordination for football. He loves it so much he has decided to box full time. The workouts are a good mix of skill and strength training. Coach also encourages healthy lifestyle habits and positivity. I joined ladies boxing bootcamp almost a month ago to end the year strong and start the new year out right. Each month you get an action packed 30 minute workout as many times you are willing to show up. There are early morning and evening classes so it works great with my working mom schedule. All the coaches are motivating and willing to help you succeed. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey because everyone is welcome and encouraged. I would highly recommend checking this place out!!
