This yard is the BEST run and managed yard I go to. It's the easiest yard to do business with. Other managers could learn from the management and support staff at this yard.

I had a bad experience with this copart place! Office doesn't work normally! They made me remake my queue, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get to the office! Forklifters were nice and cars brought out fast. People who work at the copart office have to visit any other copart to see how to work properly!!

This is the worse EXPERIENCE ever. They have bad service, also they don't show you everything you need to see on the pictures until you receive the surprise the car has more damage than expected, even drivers said many costumers were disappointed when they receive there cars because they don't take nice and clean pictures. \YOUR TIME IS NOT WOTHTED

I have had better experiences having my teeth pulled at a dentiste office. The description of the bike read that it came with keys and it started so I purchased the bike for 5000 the bike did not start did not have keys when I asked them what was going on they said well it's just part of doing business. This is it the 1st problem that I have had with them also they had screwed up my membership or I could not bid I own an LLC and for some reason they could not read what I was submitting so I closed that account They told me that they would refund my money I am still waiting for that check they told me the check was in the mail on the 22nd of July we are now in August and I still have not received that check they set forward me to wait another month and they were review it and send out a another check The customer service at copart is Unacceptable I run 2 companies and if any of my customer service people were like the ones at copart I would fire them immediately. I also would like to reach out to all of my veteran brothers and warn them about such service because if they do not care about how they treat their veterans what does that say about them as a company
