They were great... had been shopping all over for a new Cannondale Treadwell, went into the shop but didn't see any. So searched all over the world to find one and during the COVID shortage there was nothing so moved on to looking at other models in other brands but found nothing I wanted as much as the Cannondale. So I called and spoke with Diane, was going to have them order one and just wait 4 months for new stock. Diane revealed that she thought they had one, in the back still boxed and i was shocked. She confirmed, a black one, in medium, exactly what I needed. She said they'd build it right away. I bought it immediately. I could not believe my luck and how great the shop was to work with. I've had my bike for a couple months now and love it. Highly recommend bike shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable and good customer service. Helped me with a bike upgrade, some new tubes and general maintenance. A tube ended up being defective and Diane and her mechanical staff were all over it and made things right without additional charges or having to wait a day to resolve. Top notch. Would recommend to anyone.
