I went in on March 30 I spoke with Phil I was there over an hour I can tell you exactly where his office inside that building is I was told 4 to 5 months before I would get an answer I literally gave them every single bit of information that they asked for I waited for months and called back and this Phil character tells me that he doesn’t even have any kind of file that he filed at all he completely dropped the ball on this and my father is in desperate need of help and is in a nursing home he knew that when I went in there and it’s not taking any responsibility and I will be holding him accountable through the government I am extremely disappointed and if you need help I suggest you call the main people in bypass these kind of people altogether if they’re going to continue to not do their job properly I am very upset
