Tess took awesome care of me when I was shopping for my next car. I told her my budget and what I needed as far as seating, she hit the every nail on the head and was so helpful every step of the way. The sales manager was also super helpful and helped make sure I left happy.

SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! Bad customer service and the worse service dept. They broke the door handle off the car and burnt up the starter, cause a short and now the breaks don't work! DO NOT TAKE YOUR Buick HERE!!! They are shady and unprofessional. They are 100% rubbish!!! Stay away if you value your vehicle and don't want to be scammed!!!

went to get truck breaks replaced and brought it in on an appointment. I knew they needed new ones because the truck was there a month earlier. I had to pay for another diagnostic charge and wait for breaks to come in. As they took apart truck they noticed some substantial rust (I'm from Wisconsin, its usual). I told them to proceed in fixing the parts and, but the issue was that I was going to need a fast turn around on the truck. I was told I would have a ready vehicle by Monday that was not what happened. I was quoted 1300 for what I thought was everything. I was in a hurry to get out and see my family back in Wisconsin. When I came back the quote jumped up to 1900 because the breaks were not included in the quote! that was the whole reason I went there! long story short I feel it is a horrible college place to get work done. Dealerships will always find something else that is wrong. They happened to to break up my work into 2 separate quotes for some reason and then blame me for not knowing that it was an additional 1300. Overall there were all miscommunications, but they were all nice people. Very kind and at least they were willing to work a little with me after getting a 600 dollar blind side. If your a college kid that needs work done to a car go to one of the smaller mechanics.
