I brought a quick move in brand new house. In my the experience Wilson Parker house I brought is of the lowest quality. Thinks started breaking the first week I moved in. In my first year, I had to changes the blinds in my living room, change cabinet doors in my kitchen, toilet cover broken, changes, water pipes in my bathroom sick, fix the heater and many more. For a brand new house it is not worth the headache. Finally after living in my house for two years my air conditioning went out. Tried using my warranties to fix things but all I get is the run around or referral to one of their authorized company's whose prices are more expensive than buying a new equipment. I had a bad experience with breaking of things and low quality of the house. The cheap house is now an expensive house. My former house was KB. It was six years old when I bought it and I never had to fix anything the whole time I live there.
