I have been calling for two days trying to speak with someone because the office is closed to visitors. I go through the multiple prompts to be placed on hold, automatically transferred a few times, placed on hold again for approximately six minutes, and then disconnected without having spoken to anyone.

Security guard is super rude. She acted like the waiting room was a prison and she was a prison guard. It was one thing being rude and loud to me but an old woman walked in who was very obviously weak and disabled and the guard was very short and rude with her. She had an attitude when she explained she has to use the computer in the front to sign in. My phone rang and she loudly told me to take it outside. All it did was rang. Like phones tend to do.
