I think this place can go either way, as I've had a decent experience in the past. Though their store is stocked with great products that are fun to shop, last Saturday's experience with their employees left a lot to be desired. Neither employee could be bothered to help us.... much less greet us... and we were even trying on backpacks for an upcoming trip!

This is a great local outdoor outfitter where you can buy everything from hiking gear to camping and climbing supplies. The staff is super knowledgeable about local places for outdoor recreation. If you need gear or advice, it's a great choice.

The owner asked me if I had a mask. I told him I had a health disability preventing me from wearing a mask but he was just wearing a bandana on his face. Bandanas will not protect anything. So he asked me to leave and I did. Apparently it doesn't matter to the owner about ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). So when the doors close behind him it will either be with a lawsuit or lack of business. I will have no pity on him.
