We worked with Jason on our resale purchase. He was exceptionally fast to respond to emails and turn around documents. Our purchase agreement was signed within about 3 hours of the initial inquiry! I suggest following their Twitter, as they post some of the better deals there!
We recently sold our Boardwalk contract with Jason at Buy and Sell DVC and it was a painless process. Jason was extremely proactive in communicating with us on what was happening, and what timing to expect. We closed and received our check several weeks ahead of the date we were expecting. Their commission rate is 2% below what we've been charged with other resale agencies and we received better service. We'd buy or sell with them again without hesitation.
