This company made arrangements to fix my nieces furance. The charged her money. They came out clipped a wire, it lasted 3 days. My niece and sister was told to buy a control panel. They bought a new control panel and carefully wired it exactly the way the older was wired. After rhey tired multiple times to get the company to come back and fix. Now a main water line is broken. The bacement is flooded.

We called 4 Season’s Heating and Cooling, Windsor MO. Andy (owner) came out immediately and found the evap coil leak within 10 minutes. (We spent a few using other companies, two, that were not able to find the issue and wanted to dig deeper before we found Andy.) Highly recommended.

Andy at four seasons installed a heat pump for me a few years ago. I’ve had multiple issues and initially he came out when I called. this past winter the heat pump would kick off & I had to turn all the power off pull the fuses and most of the time it would reset or reboot. I called Andy maybe 20 times over the winter to come work on this unit with no response. now it’s spring time it was cold the other day it will not reboot coming up on summertime and the air conditioner doesn’t work with no response from Andy he won’t even take my phone call. So I suggest if you need a Linux call Logan in Clinton don’t call four seasons piss poor response from Andy and Irby
We have used 4 seasons for multiple properties now and had amazing response time & great customer service.
