Quite simply southwest is one of the best choices in the world for an airline. The staff is so friendly that you think you are at home five miles up in the air and it is amazing. Plus the two bags checked always works well. The only recommendation I would have is to get rid of online check in and make it when you check in at the airport to receive your boarding group.

Amazing service. Return flight from Albuquerque was delayed like 5 hours which made my family and I a little tight and on edge. But the service desk's assistance was insane. I cannot believe how good Southwest compensated our lost time. Literally payed for our entire vacation with 3 free flight tickets which we will be using to visit Portland, Oregon next year. Never flying with another airline again! Truly astonished and forever grateful! Thanks!!!!
Love Southwest. Best prices, great service. Had the privilege to be on a new plane lot's of leg room. Won't fly any other airline.
Aside from them crushing my wife's brand new bag, then having the gentleman who works the claim call me a liar.....I'd gladly fly Southwest again. I filed a claim for the bag, and Southwest did me a solid and let my wife pick another from a website they use. I feel like they redeemed themselves.
