Watch out everything is xtra they shipped me a wine cabinet that cost15k then informed me that it would cost5k to assemble. Then they left the door w no hardware had to spend another1 k to find a finishing Carpenter to complete the job

This is about the worst company I've ever dealt with. I called and asked about ordering wine lattice. Explained to the salesman what I wanted and at what sizes. A fairly simple order but was expensive for what it was. The salesman told me that what I was ordering was in stock and I could pick it up the next day. I call the next day beforing going and I'm told my oder won't be in for 7 weeks! I then receive an email saying that was I correct and would be ready in a couple days and he would email when I could pick it up. After a week of hearing nothing, I decided to just go there in person. The lady in the front office was very nice in helping me. I was told that it wouldn't be in for like 2 or 3 more weeks. I asked for a refund and explained my situation. She then decided to dig a little further on my order, only to find out it was in fact there and had been ready for a while. They just failed to inform me. Got home with the order, open the box and its not what ordered and the wrong size!! It was a small order, I cant imagine dealing with them for a big job. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Love them. We purchased 12 of the Revue Single Deep 4ft. wall mounted racks and we love them. They are sturdy, easy to use and the perfect design for our narrow wine cellar

Placed an order expecting to receive the wine racks timely. After almost one month I called and was told the item “may be on back order” and “we will let you know status.” I was never told this up front, not given any updates. And then no further communication from the company until my repeated calls to check-in. I felt like I was an inconvenience to this company.

I went in for a design session and met with Brett who was the regional design consultant. They were great to work with and super knowledgeable. Brett listened to my ideas on the project and then helped show me all the many options. Together we were able to narrow down the specifications so that my wine cellar could move from idea to concept, to build out. Highly recommend them for anyone looking at a wine cellar.

I’m giving this company two stars because of the fact that I ordered three wine racks and not one came in complete. I had to constantly remind them of what I needed time and time again.They dropped the ball on getting any damaged ( and there were many ) parts replaced. They use FedEx for delivery and that company is so rough on packages and even more so on the bigger ones. They pack the parts in boxes with no protection so therefore many get damaged in transit or delivery. The racks look good when they are completed but the experience of getting to that point takes away the enjoyment. It pains me to leave a review like this but it is very frustrating having this happen multiple times. Hopefully they learn from and rectify these issues.

There is no other way to put this comma if you want the very best and wine Storage Solutions. This is the absolute creme Dela Creme of that product line. They are trying all competitors by Miles, the quality of the product the quality of the design and the sales people and the installation staff and compared to something that you would expect in manufacturing in America today. They are the best and yes you have to pay when you expect and get the best but it's genuinely the value is worth everything

Our search for better wine storage led us to this company's web site, and since it was located in Cincinnati, just an hour's drive from our home, we visited them to see if they were people with whom we wanted to do business. From the initial greeting to the introduction of our sales contact, everything was positive. We were not sold something we did not want or need. We described what we wanted and needed, and they helped us to make an informed decision. The wine racks arrived pretty quickly, and since we have no experience with a nail gun, we called our handyman to assemble them for us. The racks are a perfect fit for the space we selected in our basement, including the curved corner unit. Our handyman added a 2x4 for attaching the unit to our wall. We would recommend this for good stability. Our new rack will hold about 340-350 bottles. The racks hold standard wine bottles as well as sparkling bottles. The shelves we purchased do not accommodate the more slender dessert wines. We kept our old stand-alone wrought-iron unit for those bottles. Friends who have seen our new storage unit are impressed, and we have seen the same system in a number of stores and wineries, so we know it is good quality. The price was very fair. All in all...a very positive experience.
