The clerk was extremely rude and demeaning i only went to the shop because my car had been struggling to pass smog but, I fixed said issues and wanted to ask his opinion he promptly shut me down in a very aggravating way. I got visibly agitated but minded my manners because most places were closed he then asks me to bring my car in and go to his lounge I'm assuming to work in peace. He didnt look trustworthy so I watched. After he finished he gave no info and proceeded to charge me he does this because if the car doesn't pass most dont want to pay but he feels he deserves your money for plugging in an obd2. He then charged me 70 dollars with a discount mind you and said my car passed I got the paper work and left. However as i left he then came up and said you fixed your car in an extremely agitating way would not reccomend anywhere else is better and cheaper

Very rude and charged a redicilous fee for title transfer just a punk and i will never come thrte again. If it was legal i d slap that dude. Typical mercedez driver. Just a rip off. But hear this im a reprt you to bbb and state hes also a very shady character.
The reason I went is because I had a coupon that said 27 then he said my car didn't qualify for the coupon. Then hooked my car up for maybe 5 seconds and said it failed and proceeded to charge me 60. Took it to my mechanic who I have been going to for over 10 years, he said it should pass no problem took it back for another 5 seconds he said it failed again and he charged me another 25 \Re-test fee\! This guy is a total crook and should be shut down.
Took my truck in because site had a coupon for 27. Presenter it and he said oh I forgot to mention there was a charge for pick ups and SUVs. So we charged me over 60. Shop was clean, got me in, and got my test done fast, the guy was fairly personable and until he pulled the bait and switch at the end.
I went there because I had a coupon that said 27 then he said my car didn't qualify for the coupon, but I still charge you as a coupon. After he brought me my documents, I gave him a credit card that in the signed receipt I see he charged me 63. Not recommend to go there, you will fraud one way or other.
