If you're searching for a new place to shop from keep searching. Spoke with a woman about 6 weeks ago and I still remember it as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went to shop local. I went to experience shopping in person. I went to maybe learn a thing or two. I was scoffed at, I was put on the spot with questions straight out of an interview. My service was put on hold to help the person in line behind me. I was told \it's a beautiful day and should go enjoy it\ while she jotted down some notes about my theoretical order that might get filled some time that day. I was left with an impression that the owners don't want new customers. I guess I'll take my business online and continue to craft my brews with love and care. I received neither of those key ingredients here.
