Giving two stars because it MIGHT be okay to donate here...I don't know because I am caught in an endless phone loop trying to make an appointment. I'm going to wait for a local drive and hope they are interested enough in receiving a donation to allow me the honor of making an appointment
Find literally anywhere else to donate if you can. I waited for nearly two hours to give blood... and I had an appointment! I had to step out of the health interview room and wander around asking if anyone was actually working, for several minutes. There was a sign saying \Your time is valuable. Please let us know if you have waited 10-15 minutes\ in the room that seemed like a joke. I had to reference that sign to actually get someone to help me. This was after waiting over an hour in the waiting room after showing up 10 minutes early for my appointment. No wonder there's a blood shortage with staff shortages and terrible donor service like this. Over two hours after walking in, with only 10 or 15 spent actually donating, I finally left.
Convenient location and friendly staff. Sadly- it's terribly disorganized. Phone calls to the site are routinely going unanswered and they took away the warm blankets. The staff at great, but the management needs help.
