Tuff Shed rocks! Working with Mike Black our local Sales and Design consultant from permitting to delivery was spot on. Mike answered our questions and eased us through permitting plus he rapidly responded when we had changes ahead of delivery. Installation crew led by Charlie had our shed built, including an added coat of paint per spec in less than a day. Everyone was/is extremely courteous and customer centric. I would recommend Mike, Charlie and the Tuff Shed team to anyone interested in a quality, turnkey structure.

A little over a year ago my husband and I had contacted Tuff sheds to build a custom garden shed for our small backyard. Their website was amazing and we got to customize the perfect shed for us. Michael Black helped us through the entire set up process. Unfortunately our town did not approve the permit because of where the shed was going to be located in our backyard. Michael promised that if for whatever reason the permit was denied through the town or the home association they will give us a complete refund we were bummed that we didn’t get our shed but I would still recommend this company and Micheal Black because of their genuine care and professionalism.

Very happy with the building. We had the Pro Ranch Weekender with four windows and a residential door installed. Ours was the 12x12 with a four foot porch. Top quality all around. We also had a one foot overhang custom built rather than the standard 6 inch overhang which I highly recommend. Mr. Black was in touch throughout the process and the build crew were skilled, happy, and professional. Our entire experience was very positive.

Working with Tuff Shed on the design and construction of my shed was a positive experience. The online configurator was a valuable tool to determine which options worked best for my application. Having a physical location nearby was a huge advantage. Meeting with Michael Black, the local rep, helped demonstrate the various options. Michael was able to give practical advice on selections which helped me finalize the spec prior to placing the order. The build was completed in a day. The installation team worked with me to confirm the installation preferences and left a clean site The installation was delayed slightly due to outside circumstances but again the local rep, Michael stepped in to ensure things got back on track. A very helpful and responsive team and a great product.

Although my build date was rescheduled the day before my highly anticipated big day which is no fault to Mr. Michael Black. I'm most pleased with his servive as a saleman he was great. Speedy response time, very helpful in order process and a pleasure to talk too. Looking to have another shed built at another location and Mr. Black will definitely get a call.
