Some of the rudest customer service I have ever received anywhere. 3 phone calls with a woman unwilling or unable to explain things to m and who preferred to just say it was \on the website\ and then an in person episode of extremely rude off put behavior. Save time and money by going elsewhere, I am now. See their reply below, it was 2 employees and neither seemed new, just very unwilling.

I went there to purchase some patio stone and other items for me large patio rebuild. The front door was locked and there was a paper on the door wanting me to call a number. I called the number and no answer. There were people there getting there trucks loaded and salesman showing customers there items outside. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to help me at all. Great customer service “not”. I have used Wirtz and Daughters in the past and they will never get my business again.

1 star service- 5 star materials. I drive out of my way to get materials here. They are always of good quality. Often times the staff seems overworked and they can be downright rude.
