We got a flat while visiting the city and rolled into the closest parking. It was Greeneway RV and they were so friendly and super quick to give us a hand to put a spare on. Amazing customer service!

I am so grateful that the top lithium battery company in the country referred me to the team at Greenway. Sure, my project was tiny compared to many of the ones they have done in the past, but I always felt like I was getting the rock star treatment. I needed an overhaul of my camper’s electrical system including Battle Born Lithium Batteries, Victron inverter/convertor, solar charge controller, bluetooth, and Renogy solar. I was prepared to drive across the county to find a crew capable of doing the job to my satisfaction, imagine how thrilled I was when you recommended someone less than 90 minutes away from me. Then imagine my surprise when I found out that RV owners are coming from all over the country to a little town in the middle of Wisconsin to have this crew do their huge projects. Not only did they do the job to my spec, they custom-made a variety of the project for me including finding an unused spot in the camper for all the batteries and electronics - meaning I lost zero storage capabilities. On pickup day Matt seemed like he should spend all day with me going over the systems if that was what I wanted. I kept telling him “you guys need to tell people how amazing your skill and craftsmanship is!” In typical midwestern fashion he just brushed it off with an “aw-shucks, thank you” level of humility that is rarely seen in this day and age. Looking forward to many years of adventure with camper’s new ability to go off-grid for extended periods of time.
Got a trip in a few days and my propane alarm just went bad. Greenway had one in stock so I drove over. I try to buy local when I can so I don’t mind paying a little more than online prices. They had a propane alarm for 110 that online was 75! I get they need to make a profit so I asked if they do ANY better as this was a huge mark up. After going in back, the woman came back out and said no. I wasn’t sure if ordering online would get here in time so they got my money this time, but lost a regular customer. I have purchased from them many times in the past. Not any more! Seems very short sighted as a business plan. They could have come down a little and I would have been happy and continued to do business with them.
My Husband and I were searching for a certain camper, we wanted to look at and it just had been purchased the new Owner Was nice enough to let us walk thru it. And we went back to Mick and ordered our for Spring delivery. We are both pleased with how all the staff work together so well. I could tell they have all been working together a long time. I will recommend Greenway to anyone I know looking to purchase an RV. Doreen Bonfigt.
