I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from them roughly 5-6 months ago. Two days ago with 51,000 miles the car stopped running. I bought the car with 43,000 miles on it so I didn’t put much on. Of course they stated the warranties were pretty much expired when I bought it and wouldn’t move anything unless I paid for an extended warranty. Which was fine and whatever. Come to find out the car stopped working because both the battery and alternator are bad in the car. Now after buying a somewhat new car I have put another 700 is to replace both of those on my own. I’m not happy that a three year old car has already broken with me only owning the actual car for a couple of months.

Went to Johnson & Son's Wisconsin Rapids, WI Ram, Chrysler, Jeep dealership for Jeep's Wave program LO&F tire rotation and I got right in. Work was all thoroughly completed efficiently & I was happily on my way in a very reasonably amount of time. Very satisfied customer; I always feel treated like family!
I seen a vehicle that I liked, stopped to look at it and take for a ride. Salesman informed me that it needed a battery and hopefully it would be ready that afternoon. They said they would call.. no word.. the next day I called them, the salesman, apparently didn't know what is going on with the cars.. again he tried to say no battery, we made an offer, he said to call him back in 30 mins, we did, the salesman then told us that the car wasn't there.. at no time was anyone interested in selling me the car. I had to call THEM, not even a courtesy call. Since I only live a few blocks, decided to go look, guess what? The car is sitting in the exact location it was in when I first looked at it. From where it is parked, it is obvious no battery was installed. Buyer Beware...
