They have stolen amd given me tracking numbers from amazon orders that happen to be going to same town as me around the same time my order is. They got me for over 600 and refuse to refund anything

SCAM, if I could, I would give minus 5 star!!! They sent the wrong item and refused to accept it was the wrong item and refused to refund. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

BIGGEST SCAM IN THE WORLD. DO NOT BUY. They wont refund nothing. No customer service. Chinese cheap lead products. False advertising. They need to be investigated for fraud.
Placed an order and asked support to track my package because I am having issues signing into website and they say they cannot. I gave my order number and they should be able to tell me if the package shipped or not. NOT HAPPY!
I have made purchases and they have arrived without a problem, but now there are 4 orders that do not arrive, I asked for them to be collected in the store and they do not arrive, I asked for them to arrive at home and it does not arrive, it is not possible that it is breached by several companies, I do not want the refund again because I have already canceled some for the same reason they DO NOT ARRIVE, There is no way to track them since it only says that since December 18, 2020 I arrive in Mexico and I have not received any and there are 4 orders and I have another 4 to arrive.
CS advisor is completely at loss. She cancelled my order without me asking that. And also she resolved the issue as I had provided incorrect address, not the case. The store I was going to pick up my item is closed due to lockdown. I requested information in where and how I can get my product in 2 days that was supposed to beat store. I got the reply to thank me that 8 said the store was permanently closed. I really wonder is there an actual person replying to us? I am really disappointed with the whole issue as the ordered item was a Christmas gift, which thanks to wish csa I fail you deliver now. Really frustrated. I have raised the issue with support including pictures af the conversation in the email but I don’t keep my hopes up. Also the amount was not refunded correct they kept 3 as penalty for something they did wrong.
