I’d give this place 1/2 a star if I could. Management level employees do not communicate well with their front desk personnel including the front desk manager. I’m baffled that there isn’t a plastic divider on the desk preventing members from leaning into the space of the front desk workers DURING A PANDEMIC. It’s not difficult to do and it is very reckless, talk about not caring for your employees. Even Market Basket figured it out. On top of this, front desk employees were told by those management level people including the front desk manager to stop counting how many members are coming in and out even though it’s a pandemic health and safety mandate. On top of that, they don’t hire anyone to help make sure the members are keeping their masks on while working out. There’s no way the front desk can do that when members are on the 2nd and 3rd floors! Best believe I will be reporting this place and those people BY NAME to the Board of Health. As a former member, I’m SHOCKED this place is even still open. Workout at home people.

This gym does a great job with enforcing the mask policy. Also the cleanliness is on par with an FDA VACCINE RESEARCH FACILITY
Basketball court is always busy they care more about making money than their own members. The manager was the meanest lady I’ve experienced at any business before. Other workers are nice but shes gotta go.
This place is charging me random amounts every month despite me not attending and having my membership frozen. After repeated calls and being reassured I will no longer be charged I wake up to more charges for yet a different amount. Will be taking this up with the credit card company and never attending again. I see their slogan is 'Cancel anytime', it should be 'Cancel all the time'
Best BSC around. All things considered with the downsizing of the company this is my favorite spot. Young faces and cute girls here too.
