my babies get great care here! this is the place to go when your 10 lb poodle somehow opens a drawer, takes out a bag of Hershey kisses, opens the bag of kisses, and then unwraps and eats half the bag of kisses, while somehow not eating any of the wrapper and finishing all the chocolate. this also is the place to go when you aren't sure (but you kind of are sure) which of your two poodles did such a deed, so then the both of them have to have their stomachs pumped.

We are in different times so when people go to Mass Vet or any vet you need to remember that. The wait is long but I was told that in advance so expectation was set properly. I was greeted by Jen (or Jess sorry can't remember exactly) who took my Golden in to building. She was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and had empathy. We had an appointment with Dr Haber and didn't know what was wrong with my poor boy. We were chasing ghosts. She made me completely aware of her thoughts for exploratory diagnosis and costs. Yes it's expensive but again transparent so I don't get the surprise mentioned by some reviewers. Bottom line is we found out was was wrong and unfortunately he was not treatable so we lost my buddy that day there. The staff was amazingly comforting and empathetic. I am sad we lost my boy but comforted in the care he received to the end

Very pleased with quality of care and communication. Cost aside (all vet surgery is expensive), we are very pleased with the care our dog has received. I was prepared to be underwhelmed but was impressed by the level of professionalism and communication. In my case every person I spoke with seemed sincere and answered all my questions without being rushed - bottom line- Zeus is doing great and that’s what matters most. This is a busy place and they did their best to move things along. I had to make 2 emergency visits, one very late on a snowy night and both went well - I would certainly use them again.

PLEASE GET PET INSURANCE BEFORE GOING HERE!! Once your dog is diagnosed, the insurance can no longer cover it. It will save you a lot of money. I wish one of the nurses was kind enough to let me know, seeing I’m a teenager and probably don’t work a full time job yet. The services here are great, the doctors are very kind and I felt comfortable allowing them with my dog. Only downside is the pet insurance.

I am really shocked to see any negative reviews. I am an anxious person by nature and my pets are my family. With that being said I have nothing but positive things to say. Over the years, I have had to come here several times for different reasons with different animals. I have always been treated with concern and compassion. Yes, sometimes there is a wait. It's a hospital! Cases are prioritized. I trust their professionalism. Yesterday I couldn't get in to see my regular vet at all, not even a sick call, until November!! I was more than happy to wait a few hours in the parking lot to have my dog seen , even if we got \bumped\ a few times for more serious cases. I actually find that comforting. We might (hopefully not) need that response one day too. I have 100% faith in this hospital and the staff. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
