Dr. Switzer may have a great education in school. But she should of educated herself in relating and listening to her patients without judgment. She did not do her job,did not listen to my concerns and she is extremly rude! She also needs to hire nurses that aren't like her. It's a very cold experience and would NEVER recommend going to this facility. Womens personal health is delicate and ,here your handled with man hands. She allows her personal opinions to interfere with treatment of her patients .

I came in so nervous because my old ob told me no to tubal ligation because of my age and martial issues. I seen Dr. Williams and I fully recommend him because he was so nice to me and didn’t question anything or give me any grief. He doesn’t shove opinions down your throat. He agreed to do my tubal ligation and I am so happy!!

I love dr William's he is the greatest. But I did have an issue with Dr. Waters that came on and messed up on the miscarriage I had. He will never touch me or anyone I know that goes there again. Very pleased with the staff nurses are great.

Absolutely love the staff and doctors. They are all so helpful and friendly and make you feel at ease about that dreaded yearly. Def. recommended! Even When I moved to Harrisburg, it was worth the drive!

Went here back in 2013 while I was pregnant with my daughter and they seemed great then. Not sure what happened since. I've been going here the pass couple months with my current pregnancy, which ended as a missed miscarriage. The whole time they were just throwing my husband and I every which way. Never had an answer for anything and just completely left in the dark. Each time we went back in, we had to explain the situation all over again because we never seen the same person twice. It seemed like no one ever looked at your file before they came to see you. I tried to get FMLA papers filled out so I could deal with the miscarriage and not worry about losing my job. I dropped them off and was told they would fill them out. A week later, they called and said the doctor wanted to see me first. I went in and talked to Dr. Waters, who was just horrible. Didn't seem to care. I actually just passed the baby the day before and I told them that, not sure why the nurse didn't pass on that information to him. As soon as he came in, he started trying to force the d&e surgery on me. After I told him I passed the baby, he seemed to lost all interest because I guess he \couldn't make any money off me at that point.\ I asked about the FMLA papers and he said they would get them filled out, then left. I just called the office about a week later to see if they got the papers filled out and was told \they had them and I was suppose to stop at the check out window that day I had my appointment.\ They NEVER told me that! Not sure why they didn't stop me that day or call me to ask about the papers. If I don't get the papers filled out, I could lose my job from missing days. I have a family to worry about, obviously I need my job and need time to heal from the miscarriage also. I'm just beyond frustrated. This whole situation is already hard enough and this doctor office has caused nothing but MORE frustration. I will never go back here again. Very very poor communication.
