My family bought a home last year with no heating or air. We ordered mini splits from a company that told us they were super easy to install on our own. We quickly realized they were not. I called Wood Air Conditioning and they came out and completed the install for us. They were on time, professional, had great personalities and were very knowledgeable. I honestly don't think they could have done anything more to make it a better experience.

Came out in a timely manner. Was polite and cleaned our air conditioner and added Freon. My only complaint is they will not give me a receipt. Said 3 times now they will email us one but we have yet to receive one. I need a receipt so unfortunately next time I will call a company that can provide me one.
