Just bought a new Insight from Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge, and we could not be happier with our experience. Every step of the way, Ahmad Hassan (sales manager) and Tim Powell (salesman) took GREAT care of us. Having bought a car from Ahmad from another Honda dealership before, we already trusted him to get us the best deal. We also took advantage of the virtual sales process, and Tim was kind enough to drive the car to our doorstep in DC, so we didn’t have to leave our home in the middle of a pandemic. The whole process was painless, and we appreciate the professionalism. Ahmad and Tim both really delivered (literally). Thanks Hendrick Honda!

I just purchased the newest car I’ve ever owned, a 2019 Honda Accord Lx, from Amine ( the best finance manager ) and Bobby ( the best sales consultant ). Let me preface this by saying - I’m an extremely anxious person and my anxiety levels are heightened when having to make such big and important decisions. I’m also 7.5 months pregnant and my husband is overseas- so I came to Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge alone, in desperate need of a reliable car in excellent condition and an exceptional deal. Amine and Bobby went above and beyond their duties to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Amine insured I got an incredible rate and took extra time to explain all the warranty options and finance options to me, breaking it down even further when he sensed I was getting a little overwhelmed. I didn’t even have to mention it to him. Truly appreciate that! Bobby took me under his wing and provided me with all the details I needed about my new vehicle and even transferred my personal belongings from my old car to the new one! It was like dealing with family with both gentleman. I never felt rushed or pressured and they both stayed well beyond business hours at the dealership to make sure of that. The rest of the Honda team were also very kind and accommodating. It was the smoothest buying process I have ever had and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little more care and attention for such a big purchase. My wife and I had a fantastic experience shopping for and leasing a vehicle from Hendrick Honda. I generally do a lot of research before shopping for a vehicle and I'm often disappointed when I know more about the vehicle than the salesman. Not so with Matthew Okosun. He was excellent; extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matthew did a great job answering all of my questions and really took care of my wife and I. I've been buying and leasing cars for over 20 years so I have a fair amount of experience with the process. The finance part is usually a real slog but this time it turned out to be a truly enlightening experience. Amine Kadmiri truly went above and beyond in taking care of us. Really easy to talk to and very personable. He answered all of my questions about the particulars of the lease and even shared some great insights to the process that I hadn't even thought of. Gave me great advice that I'm sure I will find very useful for future leasing and buying experiences. Can't say enough good things about Hendrick Honda!

This was my second purchasing experience at Hendrick Honda. Everyone from the internet sales team (Andrea and Olivia), to my salesperson (Roberto), to the finance manager (Larry) made me feel like I was a priority. Shawn, the sales manager, went the extra mile to make ensure that I was purchasing a car I would love in the color I love. I'm very pleased with my purchase, but did feel somewhat pressured to purchase on the day I visited for a vehicle appraisal, but in the end, I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I selected. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.
