Amazing customer service and support. It's winter, and my heat stopped working today. I called Leonard Splaine, who has been servicing my furnace for years and has always done a great job. They immediately said they would send a mechanic, and also asked when my other company last delivered oil. Called the other company who told me it had been a year -- even though I was on automatic delivery -- and then told me they couldn't deliver oil for 15 days. Called back Leonard Splaine, and they are currently filling my tank. It has been less than an hour. Amazing. Needless to say, I am no longer working with the other company.

I cant be happier with Leonard Splaine! They put in two new ac units in my office building. The made arrangements to do it over the weekend so they would not disrupt my operations. In addition they came in under cost of every other quote while meeting my timeline. They also followed up with a phone call on Monday to insure everything was working properly. Of-course it was! WAIT WHAT? Service, caring, and pride from a local company? Not to often you find a gem like Leonard Splaine! Don't be a fool put your trust in them you wont regret it.

From the first call, to the explanation (and visual “here is what is wrong”) as to why I needed a new system, to the install and walk through of what was done ans why, to my interaction with customer service when I couldn’t find my financing information and the GM’s personal email to follow-up with information that didn’t even involve them directly - AMAZING! Leonard Splaine is the poster child of top, full circle customer service. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and heating requirements. From service to install, just wonderful!
