Excellent experience! Everyone we worked with here. team was well informed, straight forward, efficient, and personable. Moe was especially helpful on my first visit. Absolutely painless process! I was thoroughly impressed with Moe responsiveness to my questions. On the day I picked up the truck, Moe was ready for us and, with machine-like efficiency, had us on our way in less than two hours. Sham approach made the paperwork process (normally an ordeal) actually quite enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks, Sham Would definitely work with the your team again!

Incredibly frustrating experience. Went in after buying a car from them which was a super easy and fantastic experience and came in for our first service and a new key. After making the appointment a week prior and showing up, they didn’t have an appointment for us and it “disappeared.” Which then the service manager Eric Boswell provided terrible customer service and said that he’d be happy to take our car in and “Maybe” get it seen TONIGHT when our appointment was for 10:30am assuming we had the entire day to spend there while we drove from an hour away. He didn’t provide any alternatives or even an apology for an error on their end and just told us to reschedule and sent us off with another service member to deal with. Mind you we weren’t unreasonable, we just wanted to try to take advantage of the time we had for driving there. Our new manager Da’velle Johnson took care of us and was very apologetic and tried offering a quick resolve on our behalf. The only additional frustration was that he tried to service our car and have us wait without telling us when we just wanted a new key which was supposed to take an hour. After two hours of waiting they mentioned the car just was pulled in and just getting seen, when we didn’t ask for a service. We asked for the key to be programmed. Then they were able to program the key which turned this into wasting a majority of our only day off and waiting almost three hours which is what we tried to avoid in the first place. We don’t want to return to this location again for service but unfortunately because of a warranty void we have to return. This was overall a pretty miserable experience to say the least. There was no form of compensation for the future.

My experience with Lustine Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram have been exceptional every time I have used their services. I recently had a lot of work done to my vehicle's engine. Through the duration of the time my vehicle was in the shop, I was taken care of by a gentleman named Sam. Sam made sure that my experience was nothing less than pleasant. Calls came in daily from him, ensuring me progress was being made with my vehicle while his professionalism remained continual. I needed a rental car and he also made that process incredibly easy for me. My vehicle came back to me in great shape and Sam ensured that my experience with Lustine Dodge was a seamless. Very happy with the customer service I experienced!

We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee last week with the help of our sales guy Jimmy. I have to say, he was a very good natured, easy person to talk to, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car because he wanted to get that sale. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and the warranty, and he seemed to genuinely care if we loved the car, and he followed up with us to make sure we got everything we asked for. I was loyal to Volvo for many years but decided I needed a change for various reasons. I had owned a Jeep many years ago, so I decided to go back. Jimmy made the switch very easy and as enjoyable as buying a car can be made to be enjoyable. I would highly recommend seeing Jimmy to help you buy your next car, should it be a brand that Lustine offers. I will definitely be going back to see him when I need a car in the future!

Found a certified used vehicle online, submitted a request, connected with Sydney \Syd\. My credit was average, not presitine (under 690). Was able to get decent financing through Toyota and financier \Delina\ at a reasonable rate. I did purchase an extended warranty and maintenance package (which I wanted). From test drive to drive away, about 3 hours. Recommend bringing 2 most recent pay stubs, research your model. Pleasant to work with. There is a consierge also, that will explain some options and do check out. I was less familiar with this role. I have a couple of \we owe you items\, make sure you document this ticket. So I didn't have to leave to get coffee, sales mgr had starbucks run, which was helpful. No hassles, not a lot of wiggle room on internet pricing as this is their bottom so do your vin research before hand and know your ball park. I worked with 3 women the entire way, and didn't feel pushed around by aggressive sales.
