We had to wait over an hour. My son had an appointment some how it didn't come up. We had 3 appointments. 8:10, 8:15, 8:20. We didn't get tested until 9:10. There was no line. We were there if they didn't they should check with us intead we were all treated as walk in.

Medical Access is good at getting things done quickly, but that does NOT mean things are done well. I went in today for a rapid test at 12pm, took my test at 12:45, and they close at 2:00pm! I was told I’d get my results in 30 minutes...well almost 2 hours later I still have heard nothing. Don’t call a test a “rapid” test if you can’t provide results rapidly. Might as well have gotten a PCR test. Oh and also, don’t ever bother calling, they won’t pick up!! Ever!!

They made it easy to take the test. I was checked in and tested in under 30 minutes. The Doctor calling me via FaceTime with the results was a nice touch. I highly recommend this facility.

Scheduled a covid test for international travel. Showed up, got seen briefly, and received my results that same day. Personnel were very helpful, polite, and understanding. I even had some extra paperwork that needed to get filled out and they took care of that with no issues. I recommend this place.

Golden Lions

The staff seems nice. And they seem sufficient enough . But I go there for my CDL testing Medical. And they like to keep my credit card to their self in the back for over an hour while I'm waiting and I don't like that. I've never been to a place that hold your credit card that long thing they're going to keep it on file. I don't trust them I don't Trust you for that matter LOL
