Well I had to take Springfield yellow cab for 2 weeks and I had no problems with the drivers picking me up or dropping me off. Now except 2 times when they came late but out of 12 pickups that's not so bad I still got to where I needed to be on time. So I say the experience was not bad at all and met some nice drivers in the process....job well done. Thanks
Have used this company several times. Always very satisfied with the service. My driver today was prompt, courteous, and friendly.
I have been having nothing but issues with this company. Last Monday I called for a pick up. It was -3 wind chill factor they had me standing in the cold for 45 minutes while the driver kept passing by me at the address requested. Then picked me up after calling back three times. He did not speak or apologize. And he smelled awful. I requested NEVER send him again.That was cab 135. Called this morning to speak with dispatch to make sure he didn't return. Specifically told dispatch NOT to send this cab135. She sent him anyway. Something is wrong with this driver. Besides being stupid and smelly he asked me how to get to my destination and how much did it cost before. Just strange.. Anyway,called dispatch when I reached destination. To speak with a manager first sent to a number that was not in service. Next to voicemail. I will be riding UBER from now on. Yellow cab ,your customer service leaves much to be desired.
Driver was very professional! He arrived 15 minutes early. Would recommend this company to anyone.
