My family member has been receiving care from this company. I do not recommend. First off the office staff is beyond horrible. They never respond to emails or phone calls , not even text. The owner chika has only came to my house once ! The aids barely do their job , I can’t blame them because each and every one of them have complained about the management. They are underpaid and that’s why they don’t care. They are quick to send a bill and invoice but never check up on anything. Money hungry company stay away !

Wow there’s so much I could say about this service ..first thing that comes to mind is “ABSOLUTE BEST “! You would be doing yourself a disservice by not getting connected with Trinity \u003e let me just say based on that 1 misleading review left... It’s just simply not been my experience at all and I have a very extensive health history.I’ve had multiple heart surgeries 3 and heart failure it’s been a long road and I have 2 more surgeries coming I’m confident and have no worry or concerns they are the Best and lost out there have truly been a disaster..(Try them out ) I have many other health issues as well I thought I’d never find someone to take all of me on my family was even ready to give up but now yess yess yesss If your looking for a service I recommend HIGHLY Trinity Homecare ‼️‼️‼️ Chika and Trinity home care has worked with me and assisted me to get the Hours and care I need I can call any time of night ,texts Birthday Cards; they actually took time to care about me and helping me to gather the essential care needs for my daily living .. I repeat I went through a lot with others Homecare services and Trinity has been there with me and the 2 major surgeries coming up I’m sticking with them and trust they will have my back every step with every need ...when they tell me not to worry I don’t ..! They don’t disturb me about billing they are patient with me and my process ...‼️‼️

This company after leaving another company is a blessing from God! The owner is a very caring person that cares about her staff and clients. You couldn’t get any better than that . The staff are very professional especially one names Michael and One they call Keke! They are very professional and very good workers. If you need an company please do not hesitate choose wisely and choose Trinity! You will not be disappointed! I know I am not! When the clients run out of supplies the own comes out of her own wallet and gets the supplies for her clients. She is easy to talk too when her clients and client family are down due to stress she will encourage you with her sweet words and her calm spirit! Very spiritual lady! I would definitely recommend Trinity Home Care Services. Amazing caregivers! We tried so many other companies but we felt most welcomed and loved at Trinity Home Care Services. Every single person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and kind.
