I think most places like this are a little off & not totally smooth. It can be frustrating but normally any problems are solved & turn out good for me, as a patient here. The only thing is the staff sometimes seems uncomfortable... like you’re annoying them if you have an issue. I think maybe they might experience a lot of different types of crazy ppl in that office & they also seem over worked (as a lot of ppl are) but as long as I’m able to accomplish what’s important, I’m happy. Also, the experience for me at THIS office got better after I went to an in-patient facility for 5 days... in the in-patient a doctor was able to supervise me & then the doctor here was able to get a better idea of what mg to prescribe to me... instead of just taking my word for it. Communication is important here because the first prescription I got was not working AT ALL but the second one I got worked for me.

No wonder this place is only two stars. I wouldn’t waste your time here the doctors are so “busy” that they for get to even write down the new medications they put you on nor send any prescriptions to the pharmacy because their too BUSY. If you can’t do your job then don’t do. Some people rely on Medications so for someone to just forget is like I why did I make an appointment. Then on top of my “ DR” or nurse practitioner is only there 3 times a week so she never has appointments and now I’m waiting on an office that doesn’t return your calls. This place is terrible also their always switching staff every week or maybe 3 weeks there’s a new front desk staff. Just look on indeed they’ll hire you! No experience needed!

Like everyone said if you want to be disrespected, receive a bad care and service, wait too long specially while you are sick and waste your money just to be ignored then go there, My first and last experience was horrible. So called Dr. Alathari doesn’t know anything I had to teach him the medicine that he offered also work through mouth and in hospital you receive Narcn nsalal spray not just injected... go figure you wanna put your health and life in his hand? Nurse in the room ask few questions just for their paperwork not to learn your situation, same for Alathari like others mentioned he comes for few minutes and can’t wait to leave! He’s not there for you only for your money once you pay you live or die won’t matter. About me? Why lie? I was there to start a program to stop using painkillers, learn his options etc... I told him how long I’ve been using and what and how much I’m talking first he started arguing why I’m talking this or that second he doesn’t know the difference between Tylenol or Oxycodone and how you taking it will make big difference but good luck trying to make him understand the difference!!! Doktoor not Doctor, anyway after I proof my tolerance he gave me few suboxone very low mg and sent me to my death basically because he I told him what & how much I’m taking is almost 80 to 100 times stronger than what he gave me and it’s not enough and dangerous fo start( It is the most dangerous and painful part) but he kept saying just take these 2mg 4times a day and if I see you need more I’ll add more! Do not go there waiting money but more importantly your health.

i’m sorry but this place is so unprofessional and untimely. My appointment was at 1230 and it’s now 1:05 and the NP still isn’t here. This happens ALL THE TIME. Plan on being here over 2 1/2 hours if your not the first person. they schedule multiple at the same time and don’t start seeing patients for another hour after their appointment. i’m finding a new doctor. this place is horrible. DONT. COME HERE.

Trying to get someone to return a call is extremely difficult! I called numerous times to request a paper prescription to take to my military affiliated pharmacy and was told that I would receive a call to pick up once it was done. No call! I called back and was told that it wasn't done yet so I asked if it could be marked urgent because it was a medication I needed. Still nothing! After two weeks, I went to Walmart pharmacy and they said it was canceled by the doctor so I called them and they said oh yeah I am looking at the written rx now and I said well it would have been helpful if someone would have called me to tell me that it was finally done. I went to get it and took it to pharmacy. They called me and said there was a discrepancy in how it was written and they would have to call doctor to clear it up. They call doctor and doctor has yet to call them back so I am still waiting!!!!!
