Waited in the store for 20 minutes finally got someone’s attention they said they would be right back with me I waited another 20 minutes for a worker to go and help someone with fishes that had just walked in I left and decided I would come back later no big deal. When I came back later on just about the same thing happened this time I did get helped but unfortunately all four of the fish that I bought seem to have died overnight. My water conditions are perfectly fine I had waited two months to add fish into this tank did a complete water test and everything was fine the night before nothing is still wrong with my water according to my test kit I’m not understanding why all four of my fish died I wish they would take better care of the animals that they have in their possession considering they are going to a forever home or maybe treat the customers with a little more respect. I have no problem waiting but don’t sell me sick fish after I’ve waited two hours for you to help me.

The staff here are amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable of their store, products, and general pet care, but their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to provide a quality experience for their customers really makes this location shine. It was a pleasure to visit here and experience the care and expertise of the staff. We were able to get what we needed, as well as learn a thing or two that will help us in the future. Awesome!

Was excited for my kids to get a bird. I was in the store for 40 minutes. Never got approached spoken too or even greeted. It was not busy and being patient I waited. All the employees just looked at me and walked away. Watching me and my children but not speaking. I can’t say horrible customer service because I didn’t get any, definitely a lack of it. Must do better!!! Terrible
The man on staff was super helpful & answered all my questions. He gave sound advice on products but mostly the store brand which I appreciate due to finances. He was professional & listen to what I had to say. The other staff, I'm sure is just as good but had other thinks on the mind. I gave it an 8 due to my time is limited because of my illness & I got in & out which I was glad about.
