Despite the difficulties COVID has presented with shipping for all facets of business and life in general... Wooden Playscapes and Mark went beyond to get us the playground of their dreams. He helped me reconfigure the layout of the set to safely and best fit our yard - all without sacrificing the things my kids wanted! Thank you very much... we really appreciate you guys!!!

Delivery and install was canceled and rescheduled twice. Both times I had to actually call them to find out why they hadn’t shown up for the job. Absolutely no call as a heads up. The person answering the phone was so rude and couldn’t understand why a call ahead would have been reasonable and the customer friendly thing to do. Then when the installer arrived they showed up with the wrong swing, incorrect manual, and no bolts to built the tube slide. The poor installer had to drive an hour and a half back north to get them and come back down that same day. On top of all of this they didn’t take their trash with them. I was informed they used to do that but no longer do because it costs the company too much money to take the trash to the dump. You’ve got to be kidding me. I paid 4k for a swing set and you can’t haul your own trash away?? What a joke. If my son didn’t want this swing set so badly I would have told them to take it back. I would never hire this company to install my swing set again.
Good stuff. The girls are going to love it.
