Have not yet used Woodfin for service but contacted them to discuss things I needed done and get a quote. They replied promptly at the time I had selected. Paul was friendly and professional during our conversation and I look forward to working with him. Update: Gene and his co-worker from Woodfin were out to our home on 2/24/2021 to accomplish a punch list of plumbing items on a home we recently purchased. They were first of all professional and knowledgeable about the issues I needed taken care of. They got got right to work and knocked off the punch list in a timely manner. Secondly they were a pleasure to have in our house helping us out. They were always professional and friendly. Based on yesterday's experience, I plan to and look forward to using Wood fin for future home mechanical, plumbing and electrical needs. If Gene and his co-worker are an example of the work I can expect from Woodfin, I look forward to using them in the future.

Woodfin has been shown me what attention to details and ensuring the customer receives what they asked for and more is supposed to look like. The Head Install tech (Collin), made sure that the install was done properly and cleanly. Each day of the 3 day install they cleaned up and left the install area and outside better than they found it. Also, all the fittings and line runs were done with precision and with a focus on a clean and intentional purpose. In other words (high and tight). The final install is a work of art. That is what I appreciate the most. The air handler isn't even out in the open and yet the desire to have it look nice speaks volumes to his desire to provide the best service possible. I will definitely recommend Woodfin to anyone that asks.

Great Job Woodfin. Our heat went out and Woodfin was able to fit us in for same day servicing. They found the issue and informed us we needed a new part. They were able to determine that the part was under warranty, which saved us lots of money. Couldn’t be happier with tech. He did a great job.

I've been a customer of Woodfin for almost 20 years and they have been consistent in their professionalism, value, and quality of work. This job is a major one, and they showed up on time, were respectful of the fact i was teaching virtually, clean, and communicated as needed. They also ensure I had space heaters for the night since my heat was turned off.

Scott did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He was able to change the settings on the unit to make it more efficient, and advised us about exactly which filters to use. We were very pleased. He was friendly and personable and wore his mask at all times.
