Great studio & trainers! I am so thankful that I found Tracy & BeFit! Walking in the studio doors five/six years ago was the best thing I did for me!! Since going to the studio I have become stronger not only in body, but mind! Thank you Tracy for helping me get stronger, for showing me that time to take care of my mind & body is a priority!! ️
