My husband and I lived there for 2.5 years and we had multiple issues with management. They promised many things and barely delivered on their promises. The trash area was a constant issue, front entry gate was always broken, my car was broken into, repairs in the apartment were requested and to this day I’m not sure they were repaired. When we moved in the apartment was dirty. We hired our own cleaning company to clean it thourouly. In the summer, during concert at Chateau St Michelle, people park in the guest parking area because the gate is always broken and they drive right in. This limits the parking spaces for the guests of the tenants therefore we end up parking elsewhere. When we moved, our carpet was in pristine condition. We have a no show home and our pet was always downstairs on the wood floor due to his arthiritis condition. After we moved out we were sent a bill for 897 to replace the carpet. We asked Oscar Guzman to refer us to upper management since we are disputing the claim. We never heard back and till a few months later when he called us again. My husband called and spoke to Heather, a manager at the Villas and she advised us to ignore the claim and she’s take care of it. Last week we received a call from a collection company for the 897. We are now going through an attorney and handling this matter I’m court. Again, carpet was an excellent condition! It’s a beautiful location but NOT worth the headacahes due to lack of management professionalism and follow through. The rent is very high for a company not worth dealing with. Know your rights and hire an attorney!!!

Looks good but the management is very poor!!!! Moved out told we would get our deposit back; but that didn't happen! Ask people who live there about how terrible the maintenance is and all the empty promises that are made.
Rented a 2 bed 1 1/2 townhome. Be advised the second bedroom is super small. I would call these 1 1/2 bed, 1 1/2 bath. you can put a bed in the 2nd bedroom, but no other normal sized furniture. Kitchen/Living Room floor is nice. Bedrooms are carpeted. Carpet is old, needs to be replaced. Be sure to ask for the entire lease agreement upfront and have your attorney review it. Lengthiest lease I have ever seen and it it's heavily weighted in the landlords favor. Very expensive if you break the lease.
