I'm a high school shop teacher and we had a couple machines in need of repair. I found Advantage Machine Services after doing an internet search, but when I spoke to Dwayne, I quickly realized our needs were outside the scope of his typical work, as he specializes in large industrial machinery. Nevertheless, he agreed to come by the school to assess the situation. I was expecting him to come out and give us an estimate and timeframe for the repair work, but when he showed up he got straight to work trouble-shooting and before I knew it, both my machines were up and running! As if that weren't enough, Dwayne refused to accept payment for his work! Just wanted to say--on behalf of myself and my students--we are grateful to have business owners like Dwayne in the community willing to give their time and expertise to keep our students equipped with the tools they need to succeed. We had Dwayne come in on two occasions to service our CNC routers. Dwayne is very professional and he knows his stuff! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but, I think most importantly, he really cares about doing things right. I was working on an encoder cable on the weekend, Dwayne gave some advise, and found a plug connector for me on the weekend, to get me up and going. I will be calling on him in the future for my CNC repair needs. Thanks Dwayne
