I was really happy when we switched to these guys, but recently they haven’t been very responsive. A lot of us still work during pandemic. I work from 5-5pm 6 sometimes 7 days a week. I’m working and working. Didn’t get a penny in government help or unemployment , not only that I had to work 12 hour shifts!!! So it’s disappointing to see some companies just use Covid as an excuse. Please respond to my emails.

I've lived many places/dealt with a lot of managers and I am happily rating Tandem with 5 stars. Suzie Wilson handled a very tough situation with such grace and I am very pleased to continue our relationship.
I would give this company a 0 star, if I could. They came cunningly into our broken HOA self managed property, and introduced as our HOA company by our so called invalid Board members, and started collecting dues. Once I found out they are no legally hired company, they took my two month payment and never returned back. They stole my money. They are worst management company where there is you integrity, and trying to get inside cunningly, take people's money and never do anything. Don't ever consider hiring them.

The principals of this so called management company ,Sue Lyons ,her husband, and a Mr. David Martinez are not only evasive, manipulative liars with their own agendas but operate under a veil of secrecy not unlike a secret society . My house recently underwent a complete renovation and every aspect of this renovation had to be 'approved ' by Tandem . They lied to us repeatedly , they threatened us with violations, they delayed our progress not by weeks or months, but by YEARS. If that wasn't enough they involved their pathetic legal team , Swedelson and Gottlieb to threaten me with 'legalese' and other forms of abuse . Any homeowner who doesn't fall in line with their autocratic paradigm and selective enforcement is subjected to this. I have NEVER in the 23 years I have lived in this community been late on my yearly HOA payment. I was made to feel like a CRIMINAL in my own home for speaking up for my rights. I was threatened with possible liens, I was asked to give up my right to sue, I was the victim of libel and slander. These people are the bottom of the food chain .After suffering for YEARS under the autocratic and abusive entity that is Tandem Property management our HOA is at long last at a turning point having elected a brand new board and with the new board will come some sweeping changes , including the dismissal of a company SO crooked they ought to be indicted . I own other properties in Beverly Hills , ( no HOA ) and Park City Utah where I do employ a management company and am a member of an HOA. We have a kind, cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship . Tandem is their antithesis. They are the root of evil and misery for any unfortunate homeowner connected to them .
