I had an appointment at 0820 for recall and oil change. They stated it would take 3.5 hours for recall so I went ahead and stayed and monitor the work through a window that is provided to us. I saw 15 to 20 vehicles get worked on prior to mine and then my vehicle entered the bay 3 hours later. So now the question is “ was there 20 vehicles scheduled at 0820?” Somehow the people upstairs made a mistake and maybe over booked. 4 hours later my recall was complete with no defects and an oil change complete. If this is how the business is ran in this KIA then I will get my oil change closer to my house. Also no one came out to update me when this was going on. I had to approach the service desk after 3 hours. The people are polite but no one was pushing the mechanics in getting the work done. I was able to sit there and watch the mechanics work and I would say you have a couple that drags butt. My suggestion a supervisor should be walking around in the back observing the work and performance of your mechanics. Next ask yourself who is checking the checker???? You can get lazy sitting in a office thinking your in charge....

AMAZING STAFF! I had the best experience on buying my first car here! My sales rep Austin was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable and was straight forward with everything. He made the process of buying the car smooth and seamless and helped me fall in love with my new Kia K5 GT Line! Also Ryan, I believe a manger, would just pop in and out consistently just to make sure everything was going well! The financing manager Mayor explained everything in great detail and helped us have a clear understanding of all the paper work. Ashlee Rose was an amazing insurance agent and helped me find the best policy to go with and with the best coverage to keep me and the car protected. Lastly, Lucy Burke was very helpful in going in full detail of getting me to know the the ins and outs of my new car. She went over everything in the car so I knew how the car worked. Everyone in the dealership gave outstanding service and just the customer service alone will get me to buy and recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle. if you want a Kia please go here, you will not regret it.

Outstanding overall experience. They did exactly what they said they would in an efficient and timely manner. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the showroom and service areas were immaculate. The service Mgr (Eric) was excellent!!! They also followed Covid protocols...everyone was wearing a mask!

Great car buying experience! I always dread going to a dealership to look at cars because salesmen are typically pushy. Not at Carriage Kia of Woodstock. I had Austin as my salesman and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all super helpful, I had a lot of questions. Highly recommend this dealership for your next car shopping experience.

Popped in to look and sit in a Sorento. Several were available but all were same model, no hybrid or higher end models to look at so could not see 2nd row captain chair option. Sales person Eric was friendly and just lingered for some conversation and to answer a few questions, but no high pressure sales attempted, which I appreciate.
