Kathy is great and the facility is nice. I will say that my intro rate of 72 quickly went to 103 and within 18 months of signing up was increased to 137!!!! I got no response to my email protest. Moving out. So unfortunate to see a good facility treat their customers poorly. It doesn’t seem to make much business sense when there are plenty of vacant spots at the location. My other concern is that I often found trash on my trailer and once my race ramps were removed, used, and not replaced properly. Can’t recommend. There are better options out there.

Kathy was most helpful in getting us situated. The facility is spotless and climate controlled. Most beneficial is no stairs and multinle entrances makes for easy loading and unloading. Again Kathleen made the whole process easy. Mike

I called several Self-Storage/U-Haul places in the Canton/Woodstock area but from the time Kathy picked up the phone at Midgard on Big Springs Rd I had a good feeling about using them. Their storage is very clean and I was quite happy with the selection of sizes in the climate-controlled units. Their prices were really good and Kathy found ways to save us money on both the storage unit and the U-Haul. She and Kevin were very responsive to all of our needs, easy to get on the phone, and they put out some fires for us along the way. It is easy to get in and out but yet is quite secure. Kathy handled the paperwork and made it incredibly easy to just sign a couple of spots and head to the unit. No hassle at all and no wasted time! I will use them again in the future for sure. The U-Haul truck was also very easy to rent, use, and return. My five star review is from the heart! James
