I had an issue with my drain plug. Tim not only came up with multiple solutions but he got me in and out in no time for a very reasonable price! A Will definitely be using Proboat for all future work! Thanks guys!

4000 misdiagnosis repair and my boat still didn't work. Tim was extremely rude when it came to talking about how to resolve the issue and said you can sue me. I'm sure Tim is talented but he is extremely over priced and that's OK if you are the best and will stand behind your work. Proboat don't have the money or Character to stand behind there mistakes. Please stay clear.

I had just purchased a 1988 previously owned boat. Since I needed some help with the electrical system and was in over my head, I stopped in to Proboat as they are literally across the street from my storage facility. I have never been in a boating place where I been treated nicer. Tim and the ladies in the front office could not have been nicer. I was asking a few questions about how to do this and that. Tim voluntarially was giving information and was being very patient. I asked what he would charge me if they did he repairs. I was stunned with the cost as it was much lower than I was expecting. Today I dropped in to ask some additional questions about another concern with the boat. Tim told me to go get the boat and they would take a look. 25 minutes after arrival, I was driving off the lot with another huge smile on my face. Tim and one of his mechanics replaced the bilge pump, which has not worked since I bought the boat. It was in an almost impossible place to reach. The cost of the pump and the labor was ridiculously low once again. As long as I’m in the boating business, I plan on Proboat being my service company. If you give them a try, you will probably not be going to another repair/mechanic boat shop for a long time. Do yourself a favor, Give they a try!!
