Initially: I think this company only accepts jobs they think could really make a profit. I called them to ask for a quote for a water leak repair (water leak source is already fixed), a lady answered the phone, she said they'll send somebody. I waited for several days without a response from them. Then I called, got sent to a scheduling person, turned out they didn't send anybody. Then this person recommended me to a different department/company, then switched me to a waiting line, when the phone was hung up. Later another lady called from that other department, and said they only do construction, not responsible for opening things up(?) This whole thing sounds this is a very big company, they don't care about small jobs. Edit: This turned out to be a misunderstanding. They called me after realizing that department/company could not help me, and arranged for one of their guys came out and did estimate for free. I think this is a company who take their reputation and work seriously. But it turned out that my work was not serious enough for them to do it, so I didn't use them, but they did provide recommendations on what I should do.

JT and Jake were great! They arrived right on time and got right to getting the water out of my basement quickly. They were very thorough going over all the water logged areas. They were also polite and courteous.
