The personal care that the entire staff had while helping me pick the right gem and design the perfect engagement ring was truly remarkable. The craftsmanship and pride in their work is definitely the hallmark of Christian and his team. They were very responsive to all my questions using text, calls and in person appointments so that I felt like I was part of the process instead of just looking at something online and ordering it. We are already repeat customers and will be many more times.
When I first walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I was having my ring checked and cleaned today. They were prompt and friendly and advised me of a service I would need. When I opted to wait, there was no pressure. I also purchased a bracelet and my transaction was completed quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I left as a completely happy customer!
Thanks to the both of the ladies that were so helpful in helping me pick out a gift for my wife. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if they could help me find anything specific. There was no pressure to look at anything out of my price range or style that I was looking for. They were willing to pull items out of the case so that I could look at and touch.
