My husband bought a side by side for us because I am disabled and can no longer ride my bike. We have had several years of pleasure with it. Couldn't say enough about how wonderful it has been. We recently ordered a canopy for the top to shade us on sunny days. After paying just under 300.00 for it, including shipping, it arrived with the worksman website smeared across the front in huge white letters. Permanently I might add. This was not pictured in the ad on the website. We were told thats the way they come now. People have commented on how tacky it looks and asked if we did it on purpose. We are advertising for worksman at our expense. So very dissappointed. Working on a way to cover it up. BUYER BEWARE

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have a non-verbal autistic 9 year old son. Covid has been a nightmare and we needed to get out. We bought the family chariot trike with elec assist. My son loves this trike more than life itself. We have put over 400 miles on it since July. He laughs so hard and it has made life so much easier. We even bring it to MacDonalds to pick up curbside. Worksman Cycles!!!!!!

Simply the BEST place to purchase a bike - The quality of the product along with the professionalism of the employees is unmatched and the best part is you can create your own bike so there are literally hundreds of versions available, because their bikes are Made in America!!!!! Thanks Wayne Sosin and the entire team at Worksman Cycles for building me a bike from scratch! To say I \u003c3 my cruiser in my favorite color is an understatement. They also build industrial bikes for all sorts of companies large and small. Oh and their sister company builds Vending Carts. Worksman Cycles is a Class Act all around and it's no wonder since they have been in business since 1898, same year Pepsi started. Doesn't get any more American than that!

They clearly need to do better at packaging for for shipment, as my trike-bike arrive half out of the box with scratched and and bent parts. I believe I could have ordered a bike from a company that doesn't even specialize in them and receive a better product. After contacting them, they informed me to take a picture and email it to them and they would send out undamaged parts. My rhetorical questions are, why did it have to get to that point? Why did I have to wait soooo long for them to build my special bike, only to receive it damaged? Hopefully they will send me touch up paint that not only should I not need, but should not have to even apply if they did a better job.

Buying my trike from Worksman was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent from the 2 people who helped me along the way. Communication was great, quick responses and personal as well (which I like). The trike arrived in very secure packaging. I hope my business grows quickly in order to order again!
