These guys are the best, I've read the poor reviews and it has not matched my experience with them at all. Excellent RESPONSIVE service, no billing issues, and reasonable rates. They have saved me several times with their willingness to drop everything and get me replacement toner or miscellaneous items to keep my office going. Hats off to them!

Frustration, time consuming and counter productive are a few phrases describes Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies services. We leased a copier for over 10k. It has been a nightmare, they over billed us for insurance, and on site visits to service the copier, very miss leading sales pitch. Giving us endless run arounds to get a refund and now tons of crazy charges appear on our bills. Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies services has been complete nightmare to work with! Very counter productive for business! Terrible Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies services!
