Have been going to Ringwood Needlepoint for a long time, even before they moved to Wyckoff I recently went in to get threads for a canvas I had misplaced. Person there, The owner I believe was helpful, already had a lot of the threads but needed a few more,they had plenty of the ones I needed. After a week I realized I had more of one color than I needed so I returned to store to pick up some they had ordered for me I took back ONE of the threads I had gotten to see if I could return ( haven’t even taken out of bag) she said if she had some of that lot # she would take it but after she looked she said she had none of that lot and could not take it back. I don’t think she had sold all of the ones she had in one week, it was black and not the most common color for needlepoint I was amazed at the lack of business sense this person had I have 3 other canvases I bought there and they were not cheap as well as a lot of threads. I will not shop there again, there actually are some great online stores that have amazing supplies. I always try to buy local but this business does not deserve customers that care. I am still wondering if this lady is stupid, ,desperate for money or just has the worst business sense ever.
