My clients and I met Susan today, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Even though she represents the seller, based on her response to my client's questions and concerns, you could tell she also cares about prospective homeowners and their comfort level. That is a rarity in this industry. She was professional, enthusiastic about the community and her product, but most importantly, she was not pushy. My husband was relocated to the Dallas area for his work, we explained to our realtor what type of home/area we wanted and she brought us out to Inspiration. Upon arriving at the neighborhood we knew immediately we wanted to move there, the entrance to Inspiration is georgous! We already knew we wanted a Bloomfield home and did not have the time to build so we were hoping there would be some inventory. When we walked in the Bloomfield model home we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. Susan took us to the 3 homes she had ready for immediate possession. The first one we went to was a Wisteria, just like the model home and we fell in love and bought it on the spot and moved in 10 days later!! We have been in this house for almost 2 years and have had no issues at all. We are so in love with our forever home. We absolutely love everything about this process, it was so easy. We love sitting on one of our 2 front porches and watching the kids ride their bikes and talk to the neighbors out walking. Our Bloomfield Wisteria is quality built with top products. We couldn't have asked for a better home or neighborhood! We 100% recommend Bloomfield Homes and Inspiration Neighborhood!!!!!
We closed on our home in Inspiration TX almost a year ago. Susan helped us throughout the sales, design and closing phase. She was especially helpful to us while picking out our interior and exterior options providing us with practical suggestions based on her years of working with other buyers. The builder project manager Burke was very attentive and responded quickly to any issues we found during the building process. Since moving in, the minor things we've had to call Bloomfield warranty people on have been fixed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new home and would recommend Bloomfield to any potential buyer.
I chose Inspiration because of the location and the amenties, and honestly have not been disappointed with anything about the community thus far. The community center and pools are beyond amazing. I chose Bloomfield because I wanted something a little different than the typical home builder offers, and for a good value. Working with Susan and Burke was really a pleasure from beginning to end. I love my lot and my home. They were professional and responsive, personable and straightforward. And almost 3 years after moving into my home, I have not had a single issue. Not one. There's no question in my mind, I absolutely made the right choice with Bloomfield!
