This place is about to get a good lawsuit on them. I never asked for a credit card, so why is there a hard inquire on my credit from this place for a credit card... I'm talking to my lawyer today and we will be going forward with a lawsuit

Worst place ever! Dont buy a time share! They are so sneaky and dont tell you what they are doing- if they are that desperate you should stay away! They tried to run a credit check on us without telling us-then tried to sell us a great deal for 20,000! I mean I know the guy working there is just probably trying to make a living but that should be illegal
They have a coffee/tea station in the lobby. It also has hot chocolate for kids. The seating is pretty comfortable. There's a play room where you can have your kids watched while you tour. The women's restroom only has two stalls, but is clean. Overall, a very clean place. The staff are dressed business casual and seem pretty nice. There was an emergency in the lobby while I was there and an ambulance was called. The staff were very calm and kind to the victim. They called 911 and watched the victim until police and firemen arriced. He left to the hospital on a strecher. The situation was handled very well. I hope the guy is doing ok.
I went to this presentation for the free stuff. They make their timeshare sound like a good deal and reel you in. Then they bring you a offer to spend thousands of dollars and offer high interest credit cards to pay for it. They forget to mention the monthly maintenance fees that can be half as much monthly as the mortgage itself. They act really nice til you say no and then they take you to final salesman for a last ditch effort where they become very rude. They will insult you intelligence and your love for your family to get you to buy. Don't do it. If you go just get your free stuff as fast as you can and get out.
